Usage: /<URL>/<Mode>/<Value>[?quality=<Quality>]

URL: The URL of the image. It should be URL encoded. e.g. https%3A%2F%2Fimages.unsplash.com%2Fphoto-1482406611936-43ea538e39d4 (encoded https://images.unsplash.com/photo-1482406611936-43ea538e39d4)
Mode: The mode to shrink the image. Options: scale / width / height
Value: Depending on the mode.
- Mode = scale: The scale. Floating point number from 0 to 1.
- Mode = width: The output width in pixels. Integer from 1 to original width.
- Mode = height: The output height in pixels. Integer from 1 to original height.
Quality (optional): The quality factor. Integer from 1 to 100. Default: 50.
